Interview with Arts Plus

Everywhere you look, infrastructure seems to be in states of failure and disrepair. It is drastically under-funded and unable to cope with huge social pressures, from aging and displaced populations, to foreign wars and slowing economic growth, to the breakdown of the earth’s climate systems.
